1:1 Virtual Lactation Education & Support

As a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE), my role is to provide evidence-based education, compassionate guidance, and emotional support to help families understand and feel confident in their feeding journey — whether that’s breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, or a combination that works best for you and your baby.

A lactation educator’s purpose is to help you learn about how lactation works, how to prepare before baby arrives, and how to navigate the early days of feeding with gentle, informed care. I offer information on topics such as:

• How milk supply is established and maintained

• Proper latch and positioning techniques

• Recognizing feeding cues and signs of adequate intake

• Common feeding challenges and when to seek additional help

• Building confidence and comfort in your feeding relationship

While I am trained and certified to provide education and non-clinical support, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If deeper clinical assessment or hands-on intervention is needed, I will refer you to a Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or another healthcare professional for specialized care.

My approach combines holistic awareness, evidence-based practice, and heartfelt support, honoring both the science and the sacredness of feeding your baby. Together, we’ll focus on nurturing your confidence, deepening your understanding, and creating a feeding experience that feels connected and calm for both you and your little one.
